Join to the jeeps and start your adventure tour. Drive to the famous Lekuresi Caste and enjoy the scenery & take photos of the bay of Saranda. Lekuresi Castle (Kalaja e Lëkurësit | Lëkurësi Castle) was built in the early 16th century by Sultan Suleymani and is located on the top of a hill in Lekuresi looking directly over Sarande. It’s located about 3-4 km away from the center of Saranda. The castle was initially built to protect the city of Saranda from invaders accessing the coastline by boat. From the castle you have great views of Corfu and Ksamil islands.
Continue with the drive to Blue Eye spring National Park.
The Blue Eye Spring is a magical place: a hypnotic pool of deep blue water surrounded by electric-blue edges like the iris of an eye. It’s further enveloped in thick woods and is some 22km east of Saranda on the road to Gjirokastra.
Your adventure continue through Muzine Pass, old road to villages of Delvina & Karahaxh. Discover the idyllic and traditional villages of South Albania, & enjoy stunning views along the way. This area is well known for its warm, sunny climate, beautiful villages and the unwavering hospitality of the locals. Muzine Pass provides spectacular views of the Drinos Valley. Before the end of the tour you will enjoy the refreshment in the nice village of Karahaxh.
